This Barikell 30" electric edging trowel is a popular 4 blade model called the Moskito.
The long established Barikell brand is well known for being robustly built for longevity. Designed to get close to within 1/4" to the edge of your slab this pedestrian (walk-behind) finishing trowel offers the versatility for outdoor use and also indoor work where petrol/diesel models cannot be used due to safety concerns about fumes.
This low-noise model is fitted with a hoisting hook for ease of unloading, a foldable handle for easy storage and comes complete with a pan / floating disc.
