Ultra low Hand Arm Vibration High Frequency Poker
Our new range of electronic high frequency pokers represent a significant technological advance over conventional high- frequency vibrators.
With the ULV high frequency concrete pokers the electronic converter is integrated within the transmission, eliminating the need for stand alone converters commonly used, there by offering greater versatility for many applications.
The ULV is the top of the range model which features a 7m flex and can run head sizes up to 60mm/2½".
The motor is in the head itself which creates a very powerful but smooth high frequency vibration which prevents concrete splatter whilst ensuring air pockets are removed. The Motor in the head also means a very low hand arm vibration figure to meet the latest in HSE requirements and helping the operator in the machines use and control. It features a special vibration absorbing device that limits hand arm vibration to the operator to 0.5/ms2.
The pistol grip design is simple, quick and efficient when using on slabs. For columns and wall a traditional design is preferred.
Its electronic components are well- protected against power surges and vibration, offering greater safety, reliability and handling.
