TRIPLE ROLLER TUBE PAVER TRTP75

This triple roller is a concrete placing and finishing machine all rolled up into one. Designed to level and finish large areas of concrete for projects using PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) which is made with larger aggregates. PQC construction is explicitly used for highway concrete pavements and runway pavements to take heavy loads.

The Triple Roller levels the concrete via a roller, a vibratory finishing bar is then lowered onto the concrete to make another pass for suberb finishing results. The rollers are 24ft (7.3m) wide, this length is ideal for 6m bays as some overhang of the form is required.

Powered by the Honda iGX800 with 24.9 hp (18.6 kW) @ 3,600 rpm (SAE J1349) with electronic fuel injection, electric STR governor, drive-by-wire control, and a host of other advanced features help to maximize productivity and make the job easier.
