NOTE: As the product creates a thin colorized layer on top of the concrete surface, it is scratch sensitive. Consequently rough wear and heavy traffic will leave scratches over time. Thus it may be necessary to refresh the surface from time to time. 

ADVANTAGES:

• Good protection properties against spilled liquids, oil and also soft to medium acids
• Based on silicates → Densification creating a dust-proof and wear resistant surface.
• Diffusion open → no bubbles or blistering caused by upcoming moisture from the subsoil 
• Doesn’t affect the electrostatic discharge of the floor
• Homogenous finish without any orange peel, as you have with epoxy-coatings.
• You can burnish it to a higher gloss
• Application for large areas can be made with Airless device → very fast application

Application:

1. Prepare the surface by grinding it up to #80grit metal bonded diamond tools. Clean the surface thoroughly by washing the floor using an auto-scrubber machine to secure a good adhesion of the product. 
2. Make sure the surface is dry enough. The residual moisture must be <4 CM%, otherwise coloring differences could appear later (patchiness). (TRAMEX device < 5% display value).
3. Briefly stir or shake component A and B prior to mixing. While continuously stirring, slowly mix B into A. (Pour the small canister into the large bucket) Continue to mix for 3mins. NOTE: The mixed product must be used up within 60mins, do not use older mixture. So mix only what’s needed for each application.
4. Apply evenly on floor using a short-pile nylon roller. Work crosswise for an even result and to remove any excess liquid. Work wet-in-wet to avoid leaving streaks and roller marks.
5. Let the surface dry completely before applying a second coat (1-3hrs depending on site conditions).
6. Mix and apply a second coat following the same directives as for the first one. For a uniform result, apply the second coat in crosswise direction to the first.
7. If desired, polish the surface afterwards using a high-speed burnisher and a #3000grit diamond impregnated pad to increase the shine of the treated surface.

Processing temperature:

Avoid direct solar radiation during processing. The surface temperature should be between 10 ° C and 30 ° C (50 – 86 F). Floor heating maybe turn off. Avoid direct moisture to the development of water-and oil repellent effect.

Drying time 

Let the surface dry completely between applications.  (1-3hrs depending on site conditions).   The final surface is dry enough to walk on after 4-5 hrs depending on ambient temperature and humidity. Ready for traffic after 48hrs. The finished surface must be protected against moisture and especially direct wetness until sufficiently hard (7 days).

Consumption rate: For polished concrete: Approx. 5 m2/kg incl. two applications. (approx. 90m2 for the whole bucket)  Storage: Protect from frost. Recommended storage temperature 5°-25° C. Keep/Store only in original container. Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place.  Shelf life: 12 months in unopened container.  
Once mixed, the product should be used up within 60mins.

Environmental Protection 

Waste disposal according to directive 2008/98/EC, covering waste and dangerous waste. Waste code designations according to EWC/AVV. Product code: 08 01 11 * Waste paint and varnish containing organic solvents or other dangerous substances.

Packaging code: 15 01 10* Packaging containing residues of or contaminated by dangerous substances.  *: Evidence for disposal must be provided. Dispose of waste according to applicable legislation. Completely emptied packages can be recycled.
