Husqvarna PREMIUM GUARD WB

Scopes of application:

Primary use is on ground and polished concrete floors, to be applied at the end of the polishing process. Can also be used on natural stone such as marble, limestone and granite as well as on cementitious and epoxy terrazzo. Can be used both indoors and outdoors. Fields of application are  e.g. industrial floors in commercial establishments, market halls, shopping malls and supermarkets, but also works well on natural stone tiles, window seats, countertops and stairs. 

Processing:

Always test a small area of each surface to confirm suitability, application. Apply Premium Guard WB to a clean and dry floor using a microfiber mop. Distribute it as a thin film and ensure all areas are uniformly covered. Keep the surface moist for approx. 3-5 min. and then leave to dry Once dried the surface may be buffed for a slight increase in gloss using a 3000 grit diamond impregnated Husqvarna Maintenance pad. Temperatures for application should be 60-85° F (15-30° C). If additional application is needed, preferably do it wet-in-wet since otherwise it may start to reject itself. Otherwise be careful to observe if the material is being rejected. Again, do not allow puddling to occur and pick up any excess to avoid hazing of floor surface. 

Drying time:

The drying time (ready for traffic) is 24hrs during which surface should also be protected from water exposure. According to ambient temperature and humidity, drying time can vary. Maximum protection will develop over 72hrs.

For grinded/polished surface approx. 1,000-2000 sqft/G 
(90-185 m2/G)    Storage & Shelf-Life 
Store in cool, dry and well-ventilated place, in closed container. Store away from incompatible materials (oxidizing agents) and protect from frost. Avoid direct sunlight Storage temperature should be between 5°C and 30°C (40°F to 90°F). Shelf-life is 18 months from manufacturing date in unopened canisters. Manufacturing date is stuck onto the pail with the Julian date Code with a sticker as in YYDDD. 
Opened cans should be worked up as soon as possible.  

Environmental Protection / Disposal: 

The product is not classified as environmentally hazardous. However, this does not exclude the possibility that large or frequent spills can have a harmful or damaging effect on the environment. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/ national/international regulations. Since emptied containers may retain product residue, follow label warnings even after container is emptied. Empty containers should be taken to an approved waste handling site for recycling or disposal.
