This concrete groover bit has a 1.5 inch blade and is ideal for slabs with a 6 inch slab depth.

Made from stainless steel these are used for decorative effect and also to protect the slab from random cracking from shrinkage which can occur in the period just after placement and before hardening.

Concrete professionals can control this cracking by creating grooves in the hardening concrete to help release the stress from shrinking.

This groover bit can be fitted to a 35mm snap adapter or a clevis handle to apply at the distance of your choice across the slab.

Clevis Handle Information.

The clevis handle CC386 is 5ft long and used in conjunction with a multitude of tools including walking edgers, brooms and groovers. The end's are flexible and can be splayed to fit a variety of widths of tools and is a truly versatile handle. It's design permits the adjustment of angle to best suit the application.

Snap Adapter Information.

The recommended 35mm Snap Adapter CC332 is one tool all concrete finishers should not be without. It allows you to use your easy float / Big Blue handles on a variety of tools including walking edgers, groovers and funny trowels. In this respect the Snap Adapter allows you to send the groover out on the slab by connecting to snap handle poles.
