The Grind N Shine Abrasive Tool Holder is an added extra circular plate which has been designed to be used with The Grind N Shine pad holder which is used for polishing, this circular disc replaces the velcro disc and accomodates grinding pads which can be securely screwed to the disc for the robust leveling of concrete surfaces.
