Speedcrete uses Tuffnells as the primary carrier for most UK deliveries. But we Also Use UPS for our Economy & small parcels service.
Where do speedcrete.co.uk despatch from?
Speedcrete.co.uk operates a state-of-the-art warehouse centre in Salisbury, Wiltshire. In addition, we have a network of suppliers which can ship special items to you directly.
Can I place an order from outside the UK?
Yes! Speedcrete welcomes all oversea's customers Once you complete your order please choose international from the available delivery options. Once we check your order we will contact you prior to transacting your card with a shipping quotation to your destination. Alternatively please contact us for a shipping quotation or dealership enquiries.
When will I receive my package?
This depends on the service you choose when you checkout. For smaller consignments an Economy small parcel service is offered. This service despatches weekly on Tuesday's and Thursday overnight, and offers our customers a cheaper service for smaller goods. For Next Day consignments. If your orders are received by 2.30pm and are in-stock items, they will be despatched on the same business working day. The arrival of your package will depend on which delivery option you specify. However "next day" deliveries will be made between the hours of 08:00 and 17:30. If there is no-one available to take receipt of the package a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery day.

Packages cannot be left with neighbours or un-signed for, due to the nature and value of the items Speedcrete sell and security of your delivery.

Do I have to sign for my package?
YES! For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature at the delivery location.
Can I track my package?
YES. Our site features live online order tracking.

Checking the status of your order is now easier than ever!
Visit the track your order online page. You can simply enter your order number and click on the "Submit" button. We will then send you the current status of the order placed, whether it was placed on the web or with one of our friendly sales consultants. This information is available in real time 24 hours a day.

Used Equipment & Ex Hire Delivery
Some item listings contained within our used equipment site section are utilized within our hire fleet. Delivery may take longer than the standard next day service on other sale items as we may need to retrieve the product from site and service (if plant equipment) the item before it is despatched. Typically turnaround time is 1-2 days from date of order. For this reason if you need the item urgently please call the help desk on +44(0) 1722 416196 to check the item status. If this item is not held in branch that day we will have other stock available for immediate despatch.
