Builders who are pouring concrete have been advised to make sure they have proper concrete tools on hand.

According to HelpHive.com, a magnesium bullfloat could be one essential item to have on a building site, ideally one between 36" and 42" in length.

The site also suggested that builders make sure they have good concrete trowels available when they get round to pouring, including magnesium trowels and hand metal finish trowels.

In addition, HelpHive.com stated that typical garden wheelbarrows are not strong enough to be used on a project of this kind.

It therefore encouraged both professional and amateur builders to make sure they invest in a construction grade wheelbarrow with sufficiently inflated tyres.

HelpHive.com added that while a homeowner can do this job alone, it is more prudent to do it with at least two other people.

Concrete tools such as magnesium bullfloats are available here at the Speedcrete website, with products such as the Gatorpack bulllfloat kit meeting the needs of any builder.
