Professional and amateur builders have been encouraged to make sure they invest in the best-quality bricklaying tools.

According to MasonryWorkTools.com, it is a good idea to purchase bricklaying tools that are likely to last a long time.

The website therefore recommended that builders look out for established brand names such as W. Rose, as it is one of the best manufacturers of bricklaying tools.

Indeed, it stated that its range of products such as brick trowels are "of high quality".

This backs up advice from author Dick Kreh, who wrote in Building with Masonry that W. Rose is one of the top brands to pick for bricklaying tools.

A wide selection of W. Rose trowels are available here on the Speedcrete website.

These include pointing and margin trowels, as well as gauging, duck bill and caulking trowels.

The bricklaying tools each come with differently-sized blades and handles to suit a builder's individual preferences.
