Non Slip Concrete Texturing Float
The bridge deck texturing float is designed to apply a non slip grooved texture into the concrete surface at the finishing stage. It will give a uniform grooved surface that is especially ascetically pleasing and unlike brush finishes will not 'scrub' out
The non slip concrete texture float provides excellent protection from slip hazards for livestock, human and powered traffic areas
Our bridge deck texturing float incorporates a magnesium combination concrete float 200mm wide with a replaceable 75mm wide stainless texturing strip bolted to the leading edge. concrete slab texturing is accomplished as float is pulled toward operator on the return motion. Groove on centre dimensions available are 3/4", 1", 1 1/2" and 2"
The effect given can be seen on the multi trac concrete texturing float page. This float gives the same effect as the bridge deck texturing float but has a fixed 'cast in' spacing.
Specs
Float can be supplied either with or without knucklehead gearbox, which provides float pitch variation
The price includes 1 texture strip of your choice. Choose the Spec of float your after, Click Add then choose the size of the spacing you need
